Dr. Virdi is a strong believer in preventative care and wants to make prevention more accessible to anyone who does not have dental insurance. At Virdi Dental, we’re proud to offer an annual membership plan to our patients.

Bi-annual checkups including exams, oral cancer screening, periodontal disease screening, treatment plans, cleanings, and fluoride treatments.

10% discount on any other treatment provided during the membership plan year.

enroll
It’s simple.

Deep cleanings are not included as they are a treatment, not preventative
If you have completed a deep cleaning, 2 of your maintenance cleanings will be covered by this plan and 2 will be billed with a 10% discount.
Please ask for details on plans for children.
Payment can be made in one installment or in 12 monthly installments. Fees are non-refundable and payments are due regardless of use. Benefits do not roll over. If services are not provided within 12 months, benefits are void.
This membership plan is not an insurance plan and cannot be used in conjunction with any dental insurance.
Treatment that will be covered by workmen’s comp, disability insurance, a lawsuit, or outside medical care are not covered by this plan nor are they subject to the 10% discount.
Benefits are only valid at Virdi Dental and during the membership year.
